THE COMPUTER

it is an electronic machine that receives and it processes data to transform them into useful information. A computer is a collection of integrated circuits and other related components that it can execute with accuracy, speed and according to that indicated by an user or automatically for another program, a great variety of sequences or routines of instructions that are ordered, organized and systematized in function to a wide range of practical and precisely certain applications, I process which has been denominated with the programming name and to the one that carries out it  is called programmer. The computer, besides the routine or computer program, needs of specific data (to these data, on the whole, they are known as "Input" in English or of entrance) that should be given, and that they are required to the moment of the execution, to provide the final product of the prosecution of data that  receives the name of "output" or of exit. The information can be used then, reinterpreted, copied, transferred, or transmitted to another person, computer or local electronic component or far using different telecommunication systems, being able to be recorded, saved or stored in some device type or storage unit.  
  
The main characteristic that distinguishes it of other similar devices, as the non programmable calculator, is that it is a machine of general purpose, that is to say, can carry out very diverse tasks, according to the possibilities that it offers the programming languages and the hardware.
